Hey this months assignment was to do a layout of a technique that we have learn or been inspired. so i figured that i had to share how the tissue flowers were made. Honestly had seen this technique from Pinterest but cannot remember the user oOps sorry. What better way then to show the tutorial inside my layout so here it is.
The steps are pretty simple so below are the instructions
The steps are pretty simple so below are the instructions
1st step - Grab some Tissue paper and layer a few on top of each other
2nd step - Fold the tissue paper into 1/4
3rd step - Die Cut tissue paper using a scallop die
4th step - Crumple the die cut scallop tissue
5th step - Search for your favorite Glimmermist or any mist that you can find
6th step - Using Glimmermist to spray desired color onto the tissue paper
I really love how they turn out and the best part is that you can make it in any color that you want to match your layout and tissue paper is always readily available.
and if you want it more fluffy you just have to layer more tissue paper together.
Hope to have inspired you in one way or another and start grabbing those tissue papers out from the boxes!
Have A Creative week ahead!
