In Time for Tea...

This is a delayed post... But i really wanted to thank each and everyone of my frends who has shared the special moment with me last year on the 31st March 2009. How time flies like we always say but thinking back it seems like yesterday only. They bought a cake to celebrate but we did not manage to eat it on the spot due to the fact that there was soo much food. Thank you guys and gals...

and so what i did on that Sunday was to set the table and have Tea!

Mood : Tim Holtz Craze...

Haha Yup i am Scrap.. Sick.. like Love Sick but for Scrap. WHY WHY WHY ?? because after seeing all the goodies by Tim Holtz and what can be done from the Sizzix dies. I simply dream of it since last nite LOL. See it for yourselves and you'll understand what i mean. Go check out Sizzix website now and do remember to drop by their blog for more project ideas.

Hopefully i can get my hands on those dies...

Flower Craze

Mood : Flowery...

Finally took out my big shot and decided that i shall make use of it LOL. since it has been sitting in the corner for a while.

Using Sizzix Flower layer and cut out 3 flower shapes, sprayed on glimmer mist in different colors blue, brown and old lace.

Inked it with distress it and there it is. what do you think? hmmm this was the first time i did a 3D flower! was so facinated by how simple it is i did more flowers haha.

Using different die cut from Sizzix i cut out and experimented with it. also did it in different colors.

Try it and have some fun today.

Inspiration-Less

Mood : Martha steward punches Craze is on....

So What have i been up too... Was soOoo in Love with Maya Road Scallop Envelop that i couldnt get my hands onto...

So i decided to make my own! it was practically SOLD OUT everywhere and i mean it...

Used a plain brown cardstock and stamped it afterwhich i embrossed it with American Craft Antique gold powder to give it more dimensions. Using Martha Steward punch i did the corners.

Have not quite decided what to do for the internals so stay tuned for the complete look.. somehow had an inspiration block...

So i did some shopping and got this! love the vintage feel of this notebook. pondered for a while before getting it but i guess i just could not leave the shop without it so its here with me sitting on the table before i decide what to do with it.

Recieved a Call on Saturday from DD and he said hey your stuff have arrived and really lucky because he was about to leave.

Can't wait to get my hands on them and start Scrapping. But sadly had to rush off just after i finish opening mygoodies..

Yup thatz the Class that i have attended with Wendy teaching the LO below. She is just Wonderful and i like her LO cos it has BUTTERFLIES my FAV.. We stamped and even hand painted the butterflies. The tearing technique that we learn in class was also great.. Y cos i never like tearing all the beautiful papers but she made it easy and most important made the LO so much more "effective"

Stamped the borders with butterflies and frames.

Look at the Layering we did with Prima flowers and love the Teal color flower. Die Cut the heart with the Big Shot.


Look at the tear and how we stamp the opening portion.
